We are a fast-growing Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with over 2200 employees globally and over 600 in Europe.
We are currently expanding our IT department in Europe and have an outstanding opportunity in our Zurich Office: Technical Support Specialist (Contractor) (male/female) The role will involve • Provide Tier I Desktop Support • Attend Support Desk and respond to support requests made in person, via phone, fax and computer • Troubleshoot User hardware/software • Install and setup new user hardware/software • Maintain hardware and software inventories, allocation inventory, license records, and configuration records • Assist with general infrastructure support as recuired The ideal candidate will have • High School Graduate or equivalent • Two years supporting Intel based desktop computer systems running Windows 2000 • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • fluency in English required, also good language skills in German, French or Italian necessary, a third language desirable • self motivated, able to work alone and meet deadlines If you think you’ve got the necessary skills and experience, please send your CV (until 25.April 2008) electronically in English to Andrea Kunz (Recruiter Europe): akunz@pharmanet.com or call for additional information at +49 6102 813 204 or visit us at www.pharmanet.com.
